your fish is not pregnant, but has a very bad case of dropsy and needs to be put out of her misery.

That is one sick fish. The poor thing! How long has she been like that? I would reccomend euthanizing her before it gets any worse.

Yes, she was euthanized shortly after the photo, via anasthetic overdose. I've had fish recover from this condition (internal bacterial infection) before via medicated food, this one obviously didn't respond.
